Capestang, France
The collegiate church of Saint-Étienne, in Capestang, France, is dedicated to Saint-Étienne. The building was listed as a historic monument in 1906.
Twenty metres are missing from this church, of which only the choir and the first two bays, with their chapels, have been completed.
This was no doubt due to the great plague epidemic of the Middle Ages and the lack of funds, which prevented this gigantic project from being completed.
I love paradoxes and this perspective, linked to the village bar, amused me.
