Aswan, Egypt.
Amid the maze of tourist boats cruising the Nile, two street boys paddle a makeshift surfboard with their bare hands, approaching the vessels in the hope of collecting a few coins from passing visitors.
Navigating between boats, they turn the river into their own precarious workplace, driven by the need to survive.
For these children, the Nile is not just a river of ancient history and beauty; it is a place where every day brings another struggle to make ends meet.
