Cát Tiên National Park, Vietnam.
Facing me peacefully, this Asian elephant is entirely absorbed in its meal, its trunk disappearing into its mouth. I am close enough to see every detail: the intricate texture of its skin, the deep folds and wrinkles, the sparse bristles catching the light.
A landscape of its own, sculpted by time.
There is something deeply moving about this quiet moment.
No drama, no spectacle, just an animal being itself, unaware of its extraordinary beauty.
I find myself fascinated by these details, by the lines and textures that tell the story of a life.
Through my lens, I want to bring people closer to these magnificent creatures, to reveal their beauty beyond the familiar image of the elephant.
Because the more intimately we see the wild, the more deeply we understand how precious it is, and how urgently we must protect it.
