Hengelo, NetherlandsA cheerful sequence of 36 photos of a white Spanish horse.
An Andalusian dressage champion in the Achterhoek region of the Netherlands.
He rolls around on the ground, in the sand, like a child rolling around in the grass on a hill, his mane a mess and his hooves pointing skywards.
Easily identifiable with its often grey coat, the purebred Spanish horse has a compact body, a massive neck and a very elegant appearance, thanks in particular to its long, wavy mane.
Its gaits are characteristic, often raised, with a natural aptitude for piaffe and passage.
Long used for all high school work, the heritage of which is ensured by the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art, the Purebred Spanish Horse is sought after for competition dressage up to the highest level.
