The wrought iron gate is intricately designed. A large cross stands at the center of the gateway, through which the religious building can be admired. Typical architecture, with giant frescoes on the walls.
There are churches absolutely everywhere in Bucharest, showcasing a variety of architectural styles.
I spent two months in Romania that year, filled with the joy of discovering this country. And what can I say about the beauty of its religious heritage? Stunning!
